WealthOpti is a service provided by Shreevya GmbH, a company registered in the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland. By using our platform, you agree to these terms, which define our relationship and strictly limit our liability.

2. Description of Service

WealthOpti is a comprehensive Swiss wealth simulation, retirement planning, and tax optimization platform. The Service provides:

• Lifetime income and wealth trajectory simulations.
• Pillar 2 (BVG) and Pillar 3a projection tools.
• Canton-specific tax optimization scenarios (focusing on ZH, BS, BL, AG).
• "What-if" scenario planning for life events (e.g., Early Retirement, Home Purchase).
• Educational insights on potential tax and investment efficiencies.

3. User Responsibilities & Security

You agree to:

1. Provide accurate information: The quality of the simulation depends entirely on the data you enter.
2. Secure your credentials (CRITICAL):
   • WealthOpti utilizes Client-Side Encryption (Zero-Knowledge Architecture). Your password generates the encryption key for your data.
   • WE CANNOT RESET YOUR PASSWORD. If you lose your password or recovery key, your data is permanently lost. WealthOpti accepts no liability for data loss resulting from lost credentials.
3. Use the Service in compliance with all applicable Swiss laws.
4. Not share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Disclaimer of Financial Advice (No Advisory Mandate)

WealthOpti is not responsible for any financial losses, tax penalties, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of this Service.

5. Data Privacy & Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Compliance: We process data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and GDPR.
• Encryption: You acknowledge that your detailed financial data is encrypted on your device. WealthOpti technical staff cannot access this data to provide support regarding specific calculation discrepancies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, calculation engines, code, and visual interfaces of the Service are the proprietary property of WealthOpti (or its licensors) and are protected by Swiss and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription & Payments

• Fees: Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Swiss law:

• WealthOpti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• WealthOpti shall not be liable for any loss of data due to user error (e.g., lost password) or technical failure.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland (the seat of Shreevya GmbH).
